Cooking bags  are produced in matched material to withstand temperature of 115 degrees for  30 minutes.


Cooking bags are used in catering because food can be packed and cooked at  the right time without altering lots of useful compounds both from the nutritional point of view ( vitamins, proteins,fats) and organoleptic (savoury or fragrant substance) therefore single helping can be prepared.

Vacuum cooking is used both for raw and half-processed product put in a bag hermetically sealed,  so that there will not be any leak of liquids or volatile substance during the cooking process. We can produce any sizes.
